Can I buy on instalments?

Yes. The plan, the deposit and the length of the plan are written into your offer letter before you pay anything. The plans we run are listed on the payment plans page.

Where do I pay?

Only into a company account listed on our payment accounts page. We never ask a buyer to pay into a personal account, and no member of staff may give you an account that is not on that page.

What do I receive after paying?

A receipt for every payment, carrying a verification code you can check on this website. When the plan is complete you receive the allocation and the closing documents for your plot.

What title does the land carry?

The title state of each estate is shown on the estate page, and we state it as it stands, whether the document has only been sighted or independently verified. We do not describe a title we cannot support with a document.

Can I verify a document you issued?

Yes. Every document we issue carries a code and a QR mark. Use the Verify Document link in the menu and enter the code.
