How to buy
The steps from choosing a plot to holding your documents.
Buying land here follows the same six steps every time, and nothing is skipped for anybody.
- Choose an estate and a plot size, and inspect the site. Inspection is arranged through the sales desk.
- Complete the subscription form and give us the identification we are required by law to keep.
- Receive the offer letter stating the plot, the price, the plan and the terms. Read it before you pay.
- Pay into a company account listed on our payment accounts page, and collect a receipt with its verification code.
- Complete the plan. Your statement shows every payment and what remains.
- Take allocation on site and collect the closing documents for the plot.
