Why we hold it

To perform the contract of sale, to meet our legal duties on identification and reporting, and to keep you informed about your own plot. We do not sell personal information.

What you may ask

• A copy of what we hold about you.
• A correction where something we hold is wrong.
• To stop receiving marketing messages, at any time, without affecting your purchase.
• That your personal details be hidden from our screens and documents, where the law allows it.

Records that prove a payment or an ownership are kept for as long as the law requires, and are never deleted to satisfy a request.
