We sell land in our own estates and we carry the buyer through every step that follows the payment, from the offer letter to the allocation on site and the documents that prove ownership.

What we do

• Plot sales, outright or on an instalment plan agreed in writing before payment begins.
• Documentation: offer letter, contract of sale, receipts, deed of assignment and the survey plan for the plot bought.
• Physical allocation on the estate, with the plot, block and phase recorded against the buyer.
• Title support, with the title state of every estate stated plainly on the estate page.
• Account statements on request, showing every payment received and what it was applied to.
